1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Fusen Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2 Product and Service Scope

Fusen Electronics provides comprehensive gaming and amusement solutions including but not limited to:

• Commercial amusement equipment and fishing game machines
• Research, development, and customization services (OEM/ODM)
• Game peripherals including control boards, memory cards, and accessories
• Venue planning and management consultation
• Technical support and after-sales service

3 Quality and Compliance

All products independently developed and sold by Fusen Electronics strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management system. We ensure compliance with applicable regulations in target markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Customers are responsible for verifying local regulatory requirements before deployment.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to our products, software, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Fusen Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5 Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Fusen Electronics warrants that products will be free from material defects under normal use for the period specified in the product documentation. Our liability is limited to:

• Repair or replacement of defective products within the warranty period
• Technical support as outlined in service agreements
• Refund or credit at our sole discretion for unresolved issues

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss.

6 Payment and Delivery Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual purchase orders or service agreements. We strictly control production cycles to ensure on-time delivery. Delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or customer-requested modifications are excluded from delivery guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the carrier.

7 Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the business relationship. We implement reasonable security measures to protect customer data but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or cyber threats.

8 Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet payment obligations. Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become immediately due and payable.

9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts in our jurisdiction.

10 Modifications to Terms

Fusen Electronics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
